Canada: £20.00
USA: £20.00
Australia: £20.00
New Zealand: £20.00
Other international destinations: £20+

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days, however, this may be longer during particularily busy periods.

Our UK orders are sent by FedEx which will require a signature on delivery. If you are not normally at home please supply an alternative address such as your work address or instructions to leave with a neighbour where the parcel can be safely received. A card will be left for you to arrange collection if no one is at home.

If you have not received your UK order within 6 working days of our shipping confirmation email, please contact us to track your delivery. Our international and Channel Islands orders are sent by Royal Mail delivery and may require a signature on delivery. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if nobody is home to sign for your order. If you have not received your International order within 10 working days of our shipping confirmation email, please contact us to track your delivery.

For orders outside the UK the purchaser may incur additional import duties & custom charges. These are levied at the port of ingress & are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange any item please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt. We can only accept returned goods in their original packaging & in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt.
The cost of returning goods to us for exchange or refund is the responsibility of the purchaser.

The original delivery charge will be deducted from any refund given. In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit to us & would recommend that customers obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
